The set was closed to Rihanna, Applebaum and a camera assistant. Rihanna also contributed her own ideas towards the video shoot, suggesting to Applebaum that she dance en pointe, an idea which he accepted. The video commences with Swift, clothed by a black sweater and jeans, walking through a university campus and spotting Gaston sitting under a tree, reading a textbook. As they make eye contact, the video then transitions to an earlier era, in castle, where Swift stands, wearing a corset and gown, and performs in a balcony. After, Gaston enters a party and sees Swift, wearing a ball gown, conversing with other females. The two engage, along with others, engage in ballroom dancing. After dancing, Gaston whispers into Swift’s ear and Swift is then seen pondering at night with a lantern. She meets with Gaston and the two walk, hold hands, and feed a horse by a well. The two then go their separate paths. Afterward, Swift stands in the balcony, looking out from the a window. She sees Gaston running toward her and immediately runs down the staircase. Swift and Gaston meet each other and hold each other. The video then transcends back into modern-day as Gaston walks toward Swift and they gaze into each others’ eyes, where the video concludes. Cut-scenes feature ballroom dancing and Swift performing in the balcony setting.

The music video was directed by Anthony Mandler and began production on March 30, 2007. The video had a ‘First Look’ on MTV‘s TRL on May 16, 2007 and peaked at #5 on May 24, 2007. The video topped VH1’s Top 40 Videos of 2007 list. Milo Ventimiglia plays Fergie’s love interest. The video begins with Fergie getting out of her car (a red 1969 Mustang fastback) and going inside a warehouse where she meets her band and practices. Meanwhile, she is seen singing next to her boyfriend, who is sleeping. She starts walking through the house, and is then watching herself and her boyfriend from a different point of view getting out of her car. They go into the house, and her boyfriend gets out a guitar and starts playing, while Fergie is singing. Later on, she sees her boyfriend out the window with several guys, one of whom passes him a small package, which is presumably drugs, and it upsets her. Fergie then starts singing the chorus while she is taking her clothes off a clothes line and putting them into a suitcase. As the third verse begins, Fergie is walking around a warehouse singing while wearing a tan-gray baby doll dress. At the end of the song, she is seen getting into her car and driving down the road. There are two music videos: the main version features the garage scene mixed with the others; the extended, in which the song is performed twice, the first time it was sang features all the scenes, excluding the garage scenes, the second time it only features unseen garage scenes and the normal garage sensual scenes. A remix was made of the song in late 2007, which retained the vocals of the original, but with a new, 1980s-reminiscent sound, with none of the acoustic guitars present in the original. ANALYSIS VIDEOCLIP: FERGIE-BIG GIRLS DON’T CRY

Stacy Ann Ferguson (lahir 27 Maret 1975; umur 36 tahun) atau biasa dipanggil Fergie, merupakan seorang aktris dan penyanyi berkebangsaan Amerika Serikat yang kini merupakan anggota dari grup musik Black Eyed Peas. Dia dilahirkan di Hacienda Heights, California. Dia berkarir di dunia musik dan film sejak tahun 1984.
Selain lagu yang berjudul “big girls don’t cry” Fergie juga telah mengeluarkan beberapa lagu yaitu London Bridge dan Firgielicious diman dari beberapa lagunya tersebut ditulis ileh dirinya dan juga teman satu groupnya di Black Eyed Pease yaitu Will i.am . Will i,am memang sudah menangi dan menulis beberapa lagu untuk penyanyi wanita salah satunya Rihanna.
Big girls Don’t cry itu sendiri menceritakan tentang seorang wanita yang ahtinya terus disakiti dan dikhianati oleh seorang pria, namu walaupun begitu si wanita tida ingin menangis karena perbuatan si pria tersebut. Menurutnya seorang wanita tidak boleh menangis karna akan dianggap lemah nantinya. Dan masalah yang ada bukan hanya dari si pria itu tapi juga masalah personal dirinya.
Dalam pembuatan videoclip tersebut selain jadi model videoclip Fergie juga menampilkan live band nya bersama pengiring bandnya, dimana setting yang ada tersebut dibuat penampilan langsung oleh Fergie dan diaplikasikan langsung dengan cerita dari videoclip tersebut.
Teknik pengambilan kamera atau tata kamera yang ada dala pembuatan videoclip ini sangat jernih dan bagus, hasli gambar dan suara yang ada tersususn rapi. Vdeoclip ini sudah berkesinambungan dengan unusr dan pesan dari lagunya itu sendiri .

ANALYSIS VIDEO CLIP :LENKA- TROUBLE IS FRIEND

Lenka Kripac (lahir 19 Maret 1978; umur 33 tahun) merupakan seorang penyanyi berkebangsaan Australia. Dia dikenal di dunia musik dengan nama Lenka. Dia menjadi seorang penyanyi dan penulis lagu Australia, dikenal karena lagunya ” The Show “dari album Lenka , yang dalam iklan, termasuk untuk Old Navy. Sebelumnya dikenal di Australia sebagai aktris, ia telah muncul dalam serial televisi Australia dan film. Sebagai Lenka Kripac, dia adalah anggota dari Australia band elektronik -rock crossover, Decoder Ring untuk dua album mereka. Dia kemudian pindah ke California pada tahun 2007.
Setelah mengadopsi nama depannya sebagai nama satu-satunya artistik (“Lenka” adalah umum Slavia nama gadis, dan yang umum kecil dari Slavia gadis nama “Elena”), Lenka merilis debut albumnya pada tanggal 24 September 2008, dengan ” The Show “memilih untuk menjadi rilis single pertama dari set. Album memuncak di nomor 142 pada AS Billboard 200 .
Lenka menciptakan jenis kertas seni stop-motion video musik animasi untuk masing-masing single-nya dengan James Gulliver Hancock, seorang seniman visual dari Australia. Munculnya anak kecil untuk semua video musiknya dilakukan sengaja oleh duo. stylings vokal nya adalah penjajaran pop dan berlapis, pengaruh rumit.
Dia disediakan vokal di dua lagu (“Addicted” dan “Sunrise”) pada artis Jerman Schiller album ‘s Atemlos , dirilis di Jerman pada tanggal 12 Maret 2010.
Lagu Trouble is a friend merupakan lagu ke2 dari album pertamanya. Selain Trouble is a firend ada lagi lagu lenka yanf dibuat videoclipnya m yaitu the show. Lagu Troble isa frie ini sendiri meceritakan tentang seorang teman yang selalu menimbulkan masalah untu temn lainnya.
Dalam konsep pembuatan videoclip nya terdapat beberapa video animasi yang dibuat kemudian digabungkan kemblai dengan gambar normal lainnya , video tersebut menurut saya cukup menarik karena ditambahakan dengan efek animasi sehigga terkesan memebiat video ini banyak ditonton oleh masyarakat. Untuk teknik pengambilan gambarnya banyak menggunakan teknik long shot pada kamera.
Videoclip tersebut dibuat berdasarkan ide dari Lenka sendiri, dia menginkan video yag kreatif dimana ada penggabungan efek animasi dengan gambar asli. Sebenarnya antara lagu dengan videoclip tersebut kurang berkesinambungan, namun inti serta pesan dan makna yang disampikan cukup membuat penonton yang melihat video ini mengerti, Music Lenka sendiri tergolong masi Indie label .
Untuk videoclip dan lagu ini lenka sempata masuk ajang nomonasi pada america music award sebagai penyanyi pendatang baru wanita, walupun Lenka tidak menang setidaknya dia sudah cukup puas sebagai nominasi. Dan pada tahun 2007 lalu Lenka sempat datang ke Jakarta sebagai salah satu binta tamu acara music inie yaitu L.A light music indie festival dan penggemar nya di Indonesoa pun sudah cukup banyak dang mengakiu suara jazz yang dimiliki Lenka. Selain itu, Lenka pun masi mempunyai satu album lagi yang diberi judul “TWO” dengan hits single yang berjudul “Heart Skips a Beat” .
